Help, please.

I guess I get too easily frustrated, so I'm asking for help.

I had a blog post all done and then decided to add some pictures. No matter where the curser was in the post when I clicked the picture insert icon, the picture alway wound up at the top of the post. Is this normal? Do I need to add the pictures first and then write? I read the help section, but evidently I'm too computer illerate to understand what it was telling me.

Should I upload the pictures into flickr or Picasa first? Which do you prefer?

What resolution should the pictures be? What size?

Thanks in advance.

Glad to meet someone else who thinks Facebook is a bit ridiculous and delighted to see you've joined Twitter. You now have one follower. :)

Well - this is what I have found is the easiest - upload the pictures and then write.

You can write - and then add pictures but you have to cut and paste them to where you want them to go. :) also - you have to make sure you pick the placement (left, middle or side) and size of the picture to fit your blog.

It took me a couple times to figure it out - but it can be done! :)

Lola - leave the pictures in your computer and upload directly from there.

As Amber said, choose your basic location (middle, right, left) They will always at the top of your post. Put your cursor on the picture, left click, and drag to where you want it in the post.

I have found that if you add the pictures after writing it messes with the spacing. When I switched back to Firefox I stopped having that problem.

Oh - and I like Facebook. It is a great place for a quick update on what's going on in your life plus I have met so many new friends.

Over half of my Facebook friends were blogger buddies first...
